What you'll do

Support vendor and partner coordination — scheduling, tracking commercials, collecting documents and following up
Maintain business trackers, operational checklists and project plans
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking and regulatory research
Assist finance and compliance by maintaining documentation and tracking filings and approvals
Support marketing — launch collateral, website content, banners, WhatsApp creatives and campaign coordination
Help HR and people ops — recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding and team setup
Prepare presentations, reports, summaries and meeting notes for leadership reviews

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or a related field (preferred)
Highly organized, reliable and proactive with strong coordination and admin skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets with good presentation and written-communication skills
Interest in fintech, lending or financial services; prior ops/marketing/recruitment/vendor exposure is a plus
Available full-time (in-office) in Bangalore; own laptop required
