Pine Labs is hiring a Operations Intern for its Sector 62, Noida office in Noida, India. This 6-month hybrid internship sits within India's fast-growing financial technology (fintech) and digital payments sector and is designed for students and recent graduates who want practical, hands-on experience in payments operations. As a Operations Intern at Pine Labs, you will work closely with experienced engineers, analysts and product managers on real, production-grade payment problems from day one. You will build and apply skills such as Excel, Process Improvement, Data Analysis, Communication, while learning how secure, compliant and scalable payment products are built and shipped at scale in India. Key responsibilities: • Track metrics and prepare MIS • Support day-to-day payment operations • Coordinate across teams • Maintain high standards of data security, accuracy and documentation Eligibility: students and recent graduates with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in fintech and payments.
