FlexiLoans is hiring a Operations Intern for its Lower Parel, Mumbai office in Mumbai, India. This 5-month in-office internship sits within India's fast-growing financial technology (fintech) and digital-lending sector and is designed for students and recent graduates who want practical, hands-on experience in lending operations & collections. As a Operations Intern at FlexiLoans, you will work closely with experienced engineers, analysts and product managers on real, production-grade lending problems from day one. You will build and apply skills such as Excel, Process Improvement, Data Analysis, Communication, while learning how secure, compliant and scalable digital-lending products are built and shipped at scale in India. Key responsibilities: • Track metrics and prepare MIS • Document and improve processes • Coordinate across teams • Maintain high standards of data security, accuracy and documentation Eligibility: students and recent graduates with strong fundamentals and a keen interest in fintech and lending.
