  • Source candidates across job boards and LinkedIn
  • Screen profiles and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate offers and onboarding
  • Maintain the recruitment tracker
  • Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback

Who can apply

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
  • Working knowledge of Recruitment, Sourcing, Communication, LinkedIn
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Rajkot, Gujarat (or remote where applicable)
