Handle customer queries via calls, chat and email

Who can apply

Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
Working knowledge of Communication, Customer Support, CRM, Problem Solving
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
Based in or willing to relocate to Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh (or remote where applicable)
