What you'll do

Support end-to-end recruitment and screening
Coordinate interviews, onboarding and induction
Assist with employee engagement activities
Maintain HR records and documentation
Support payroll and day-to-day HR operations
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Relevant experience or strong fundamentals in Human Resources
Working knowledge of Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Onboarding
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Mapusa, Goa
