What you'll do

Source candidates across channels
Screen resumes and profiles
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain the ATS and pipeline
Support employer-branding efforts
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

A relevant degree/diploma (freshers / 0–2 years welcome)
Foundational knowledge of Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Screening, Interview Coordination
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Delhi / New Delhi
