What you'll do

Partner with the TA team on end-to-end hiring for Pan India.
Run daily/weekly hiring funnels, walk-in drives & bulk interview processes.
Build strong pipelines via sourcing, referrals, networks & local / global market intelligence.
Conduct screening, shortlist management, interview coordination & offer closure.
Partner with business / functional teams on workforce planning, hiring forecasts & SLA governance.
Maintain accurate hiring dashboards, metrics & reporting for leadership reviews.
Train new Manager's & interview panels for ICP, NMA & other best practices.
13-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition managing both Tech-Product & Business Hiring to build talent density in the org across the board.
