What you'll do

• Coordinate daily operational tasks and workflows
• Maintain trackers and records in Excel
• Support process documentation and improvement
• Liaise across teams, vendors and partners
• Prepare operational reports and dashboards
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation

Who can apply

• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree (B.E./B.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, B.A., B.Sc or an equivalent program)
• Foundational knowledge of Advanced Excel, Process Improvement, Coordination or a strong willingness to learn them
• Good written and verbal communication, ownership and analytical thinking
• Based in or open to working from Kolkata (Remote)
• Able to commit to the full internship duration
