What you'll do

  • Track and report campaign performance across channels
  • Measure CAC, ROAS, attribution and channel contribution
  • Build marketing dashboards the growth team checks daily
  • Identify wasted spend and optimisation opportunities
  • Present findings to marketing and leadership
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • BBA/MBA/B.Com/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
  • 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, SQL, Advanced Excel
  • Comfort with Google Analytics, SQL and Excel and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
