Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Build, foster and maintain long-term and high-quality relationships with important customers at all levels including senior management
• Identify customer needs and bridge this gap through effective solutions that increase the company’s profitability
• Increase Yokogawa share in Major customers and meet revenue objectives
• Improve customer satisfaction, particularly in the case of key account holders
• Boost customer loyalty by developing and organising customer service initiatives that satisfy the key account holders

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation), business administration, marketing, sales or related field
• Demonstrable experience working as a key account manager or in a similar job profile with minimum five years of experience in that role
• Adequate Working knowledge of MS Office
• Outstanding negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple customers without compromising on the quality or integrity of the solutions/ services provided
• Strong Analytical skills and ability to develop suitable marketing strategies for each major customer
• Strong ability to analyse data, identify trends, and use analytics to identify opportunities and challenges and drive decisions
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication (Written and Oral), negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent language command in English and Hindi.
