What you'll do

• Perform monitoring and troubleshooting activities to ensure the smooth functioning of international roaming services.
• Provide 24x7 first-line operational support through alarm monitoring, incident management, fault management, and service restoration activities.
• Manage proactive and reactive incidents within agreed service level agreements, ensuring minimal customer impact.
• Conduct first-level technical triage and coordinate with multiple resolver teams throughout the incident lifecycle.
• Monitor network quality and analyse KPI degradation trends to identify and resolve service issues.
• Investigate customer complaints and perform detailed technical analysis to support timely resolution.
• Support operational excellence by identifying automation opportunities and improving existing processes to reduce manual effort.
• Utilise technical expertise across roaming and core network domains to maintain service stability and performance.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Who can apply

• Engineering graduate with relevant telecommunications or network engineering expertise.
• 5 to 10 years of experience within roaming technologies and international roaming operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to assess complex technical issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of core network technologies, signalling protocols, and roaming ecosystems.
• Proven troubleshooting experience across:
• o4G and 5G technologies
• Understanding of the interworking between roaming platforms and traditional core network environments.
• Ability to apply sound judgement, independent thinking, and structured troubleshooting techniques in operational environments.
• Experience working within customer-focused network operations and service support functions.
