Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Conduct trainings at different project sites in Mumbai as well as outside Mumbai which entails:
• Learning and being up to date with training content and ensuring training proficiency with training materials (Ummeed ECDD programs has its own training modules and content. Candidate will be supported through this process)
• Delivering training modules in the prescribed format and method
• Reflecting and documenting post training
• Participate in developing training materials – this will include supporting senior and other team members with tasks related to coordination, creation, formatting etc.
• Support training coordination – this will include tasks related to training coordination under the guidance of project managers within the team.
• Note: Supervisory support and coaching are a part of Ummeed professional development. Candidates will be supported through the orientation phase and beyond. We also value the well-being of all our team members and hence travel to training sites is always in pairs or groups.

Who can apply

• Bachelors or Masters degree from a science or arts background
• Specialization in psychology / occupational therapy / home science / early childhood development /humanities will be beneficial
• Experience of working in low resource communities/ with community health workers will be an added advantage
