What you'll do

• This is an exciting time in TransUnion CIBIL. With investments in our people, technology and new business markets, we are redefining the role and purpose of a credit bureau.
• The candidate shall perform onboarding, re-credentialing, and regulatory oversight activities in a checker capacity, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance across customer onboarding and credentialing processes. The role will be responsible for reviewing and validating cases processed by makers, monitoring adherence to regulatory and internal requirements, supporting governance
• activities, and identifying operational gaps and risks. The position requires strong attention to detail, process knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive consistent control execution across onboarding and re-credentialing activities.

This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.

• Operational Governance & Quality Assurance
• Review and validate member/ entity onboarding and re-credentialing processed by makers to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with defined policies and procedures.
• Perform quality checks on customer documentation, due diligence records, approvals, and system updates.
• Monitor adherence to established SLAs, control requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Escalate exceptions, process deviations, and regulatory concerns to management in a timely manner.

Who can apply

• Experience and Skills
• Qualification: Experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services preferred or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Onboarding. KYC, governance, compliance, risk, or audit roles
• Exposure to RBI data submissions, audits, or inspections – desirable
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Executive presence and assertiveness.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently, handle ambiguous situations and exercise judgement in variety of situations.
• Strong communication, organizational, verbal & written skills.
• High degree of responsibility and ownership, strong multitasking, coordination and tenaciously looking for ways to get results.
