What you'll do
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat and email
- Resolve issues and escalate when needed
- Log interactions accurately in the CRM
- Maintain high customer-satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback
Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
- Working knowledge of Communication, Customer Support, CRM, Problem Solving
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
- Based in or willing to relocate to Madurai, Tamil Nadu (or remote where applicable)

- 1Application Screening — the Tata Motors recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the Customer Support Executive role in Madurai.
