What you'll do
- Analyse category, SKU and channel performance
- Measure promotion effectiveness, pricing and margin impact
- Track customer acquisition, repeat rate and basket metrics
- Build commercial dashboards for category managers
- Recommend assortment and pricing actions from the data
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- BBA/MBA/B.Com/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
- Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Category Analytics
- Comfort with SQL, Excel and web analytics and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh or willing to relocate
