What you'll do

• Lead, mentor and coach AAMs to build strong client-facing, account management and strategic consulting capabilities, enabling them to independently manage long-tail relationships and drive customer outcomes.
• Partner with Account Management Leadership to support Tier 1 customers and coach AAMs on retention, expansion, product adoption and account growth opportunities.
• Establish scalable coaching frameworks, playbooks and quality standards across client communication, objection handling, escalations, performance storytelling, MBRs/QBRs and strategic recommendations.
• Serve as a programmatic SME and enablement leader, developing training across campaign strategy, optimization, measurement, reporting, data storytelling and consultative selling.
• Drive team capacity, operational efficiency and continuous improvement by identifying skill gaps, optimizing workloads and leveraging AI, automation and scalable solutions.
• Represent AAM needs and insights cross-functionally across Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Services, Creative, Operations, Product and Engineering.
• Drive global knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption to continuously improve the AAM operating model and customer experience.
• Champion a culture of ownership, learning and excellence, balancing customer outcomes, team development and business priorities.

Who can apply

• 5–6+ years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, account management, customer success or related client-facing roles.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring or coaching client-facing teams and developing high-performing talent.
• Strong client relationship and account management experience, with a track record of driving customer outcomes and identifying growth opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD) and Amazon DSP is required.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic strategy, optimization, measurement, reporting and digital advertising platforms.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives, recommendations and client outcomes.
• Experience building scalable processes, playbooks, training programs and operating models.
• Strong ownership, communication, analytical, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for developing people and driving continuous improvement.
