What you'll do

• This role is only open to candidates currently residing in India with full work authorisation.
• Working days: Any five (5) days of the week.
• This role requires working from 6:00 p.m. IST to 2:30 a.m. IST.
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Conducting product walkthroughs and providing resolutions to customers' queries
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
