What you'll do

• Location: Mumbai, India
• Function: Research & Development – Medical
• Overview of the Role
• You will be part of the medical function within P&G’s Research & Development organization, supporting the P&G Health India business from Mumbai. In this role, you will help design and deliver medical affairs activities for the assigned therapeutic area, ensuring scientific excellence, compliance, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• As a Medical Manager at Head Office, you will support execution of the medical affairs strategy for the assigned therapy area and enable high-quality scientific engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key opinion leaders (KOLs), and healthcare organizations (HCOs). The role includes scientific communication, claims and content review, evidence support, medical input into product initiatives, and collaboration with Product Research, Regulatory, Product Development, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• This role is suited to a medically qualified professional with strong scientific grounding, clear communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Who can apply

• Medical degree or equivalent medical/scientific qualification required.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in medical affairs, medical communications, medical support, scientific roles, or related positions within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred.
