• Overview of the job
• You are an experienced attorney, and preferably a qualified company secretary, who will be joining P&G India and be responsible to provide legal advice across various laws pertaining to commercial, advertising, pharma, competition, labour, industrial and environmental laws, along with dispute management across the Indian sub-continent. The role will be based out of Mumbai.

Who can apply

• 3-7 years of experience with a reputable law firm or in the legal department of a large multinational corporation in pharma/FMCG industry is preferred.
• Company Secretary qualification: preferred.
• Strong commercial contracting, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience advising on marketing/advertising and managing disputes preferred.
• Strong forward-thinking, strategic, and proactive leadership skills.
• Proven track record of success in professional and personal activities.
• High integrity, strong communication, and ability to operate independently.
