What you'll do
- Analyse clinical, claims and patient-flow data
- Track quality, utilisation and operational healthcare KPIs
- Build compliant dashboards for clinical and business teams
- Support regulatory and accreditation reporting
- Handle sensitive data strictly within privacy policy
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- B.Pharm/B.Sc (Life Sciences/Statistics)/B.E./B.Tech/MBA (Healthcare)/BDS/MBBS or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
- Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Healthcare Data Standards
- Comfort with SQL, Excel and clinical data systems and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Kolkata, West Bengal or willing to relocate
