What you'll do

  • Performance Marketing & Growth:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize ROI-focused campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
  • Build and manage full-funnel marketing strategies (awareness → conversion → retention)
  • Continuously improve CPL, CAC, and ROAS
  • SEO + AEO + GEO (Next-Gen Search):
  • Lead SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page) for global clients
  • Optimize for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & AI-driven search visibility
  • Implement GEO strategies for international market targeting
  • Social Media & Content Strategy:
  • Manage SMM campaigns focused on engagement + lead generation

Who can apply

  • Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines + performance goals
  • Design and optimize conversion funnels (landing pages, lead magnets, retargeting)
  • Improve lead quality and conversion rates across channels
  • Work closely with design/dev teams for high-converting assets
  • Handle global clients with strong communication and reporting
  • Present performance reports, insights, and growth strategies
  • Act as the primary point of contact ensuring retention and upsell
  • Track KPIs using tools like GA4, Search Console, Meta, CRM
