Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• * Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures and standards.
• * Conduct inspections and tests of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• * Collect and analyze quality data, identifying trends and potential areas for improvement.
• * Support the investigation of root causes for quality issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• * Document quality processes, test results, and non-conformances accurately and thoroughly.
• * Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related problems.
• * Participate in internal audits and support external audit preparations.
• * Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.

Who can apply

• * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• * Basic understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• * Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or quality-related role is a plus.
