What you'll do

  • Release and follow up supplier schedules against the plan
  • Track inventory levels, ageing and shortages daily
  • Coordinate inbound logistics and resolve delivery delays
  • Prevent line stoppages through early shortage escalation
  • Report supply chain KPIs to plant management
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline, or BBA/MBA in Operations or Supply Chain from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Material Planning, SAP MM
  • Comfort with ERP, Excel and logistics portals, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
