• You will be proactive with any queries and requests from clients to ensure they are answered and ensure you maintain up to date with changes to regulations and new payment trends and to date with all things Payments at IG.

Who can apply

• Although desirable you don't need a background in finance to apply. We'll provide on-the-job training and support to help ensure you quickly pick up the necessary knowledge and understanding.
• What you will need is a genuine interest in working in financial markets, along with motivation levels as impressive as your aptitude for numbers and attention to detail – plus:
• A degree-level education
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Happy to commit to a shift pattern that covers AU hours (2:30am to 12:30pm IST) The ability to work well under pressure
• To be able to establish rapport with people of all status and background
• A logical and analytical approach
• Very good organization and time management skills
• Literacy in MS Office
