What you'll do
- Global Costing Operations
- Execute end-to-end costing requests in alignment with defined SOPs and SLAs.
- Validate costing inputs and maintain data accuracy across procurement systems.
- Support pricing and costing updates while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to resolve costing-related queries and discrepancies.
- Case Management & Service Delivery
- Manage ServiceNow and Procurement Master Data cases within agreed turnaround times.
- Review and proactively resolve ageing and non-ageing cases.
- Ensure accurate documentation of resolutions and case closures.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure timely follow-up.
Who can apply
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and procurement systems.
- Expertise in data validation, accuracy, and governance.
