- Resolve issues and escalate when needed
- Log interactions accurately in the CRM

Who can apply
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
- Working knowledge of Communication, Customer Support, CRM, Problem Solving
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

- Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana (or remote where applicable)
