What you'll do

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday HR Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in India. As a key member of our HR IT team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday integrations, have a deep understanding of HR processes, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting Workday solutions.
• Technical Skills
• Inbound and Outbound EIBs
• Core Connector Worker (CCW), Core Connector "x" (various) (including vendor specific templates)
• Workday Studio Inbound/Outbound (SOAP, RAAS, WD API, Third Party API,Effective and Non-Effective dated custom objects)
• Document Transformation
• Workday Extend (PMDs, Scripts, ABOs, Custom Business Processes, Orchestration)
