What you'll do

• Analyse portfolio data to identify emerging risk patterns
• Build, monitor and back-test risk metrics and scorecards
• Prepare risk dashboards and regulatory reporting inputs
• Support policy decisions with segment-level analysis
• Document methodology to an audit-ready standard
• Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
• Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
• Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Stats/Maths)/B.Com/MBA/M.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
• 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
• Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Statistics
• Comfort with SQL, Excel and statistical analysis and with cleaning messy, real-world data
• Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Guwahati, Assam or willing to relocate
