What you'll do

  • We are seeking a strategically minded, commercially astute People Product Strategist to drive data-led decision making across our global People (HR) product ecosystem. Our role focuses on strategic thinking and research to empower better business decisions, rather than direct execution or delivery against initiatives.
  • In Flutter's global operating model, ownership of People products (e.g. Workday, Benifex, Equate Plus, AI tools) sits across multiple brands and functions. Your role is to bring expert knowledge of guiding People Products through strategy and support the business in achieving its goals - bringing clarity, structure, and insight to complex product and investment decisions.
  • You will work closely with senior HR, Technology, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into value-driven product roadmaps and investment decisions.
  • If you excel in environments where influence matters more than authority, and enjoy solving complex, ambiguous, enterprise-scale challenges, this role is for you!

Who can apply

  • 5 to 8 years in Product Management and/or HR Technology roles
  • Proven experience in creating product strategies, roadmaps and establishing product goals in a global organization
  • Experience operating within matrixed or federated global organizations
  • Demonstrated success in building business cases and tracking ROI
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead without authority in complex environments
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability
  • Commercial acumen with confidence in vendor discussions
  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity
