What you'll do

• Maintain and update MIS reports and customer data accurately.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
• Use Microsoft Excel efficiently for data management, tracking, and analysis.
• Conduct cold calling with existing clients to collect feedback, reviews, and ratings.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns or queries.
• Share customer insights and reports directly with directors and senior management.
• Track customer satisfaction levels and support initiatives to improve client experience.
• Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy for management decision-making.

Who can apply

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (MIS reporting, data management, formulas, etc.).
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to perform cold calling and follow-ups with clients.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle data reporting responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, MIS reporting, client coordination, or similar role.
• Proactive and responsible approach.
• Ability to work closely with senior management and directors.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Good English communication and Strong logical thinking.
