• As a Senior Payroll Representative, you will join the Payroll and Time & Absence Team within HR Solutions, based in Navi Mumbai, India.
• The main objective of the Senior Payroll Representative role is to ensure that the employees are paid on time and accurately, in compliance with the respective country tax-legislation, agreed labor conditions, company policies and regulations. As a Senior Payroll Representative, you will be responsible to perform and coordinate administrative and control activities on behalf of Dow Payroll function. In your work, you demonstrate structure and process orientation, with an eye for detail.
