What you'll do

  • Timekeeping Administration
  • Administer and maintain employee time and attendance records within Deltek Costpoint and other approved timekeeping systems.
  • Review, validate and approve employee time entries, schedules and exception reports.
  • Ensure accurate recording and calculation of regular hours, overtime, leave and paid time off (PTO).
  • Execute weekly labour processing activities while maintaining data accuracy and compliance standards.
  • Compliance & Auditing
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, including FLSA and regional timekeeping regulations.
  • Conduct periodic audits of employee time records to identify discrepancies, errors, or policy violations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation to support internal and external audits.
  • Recommend corrective actions and process improvements to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency.

Who can apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing large-scale corporate timekeeping systems.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint is highly preferred; exposure to SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, labour administration and timekeeping practices.
  • Knowledge of labour law compliance requirements, including overtime and attendance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
