What you'll do
- Resolve user hardware, software and access issues
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of equipment and accounts
- Maintain asset records accurately
- Escalate infrastructure problems with diagnostics attached
- Write knowledge base articles for repeat issues
- Flag risks and blockers early rather than at the deadline
- Keep your tracker and status honest, including when something has slipped
Who can apply
- Any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA or equivalent from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of relevant experience — internships, academic projects and personal work all count, and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Windows & macOS Support, Active Directory, Networking Basics
- Comfort with a ticketing system, endpoint management and Active Directory, and the ability to pick up an unfamiliar tool without waiting to be taught it
- The judgement to know when a problem is yours to solve and when it needs escalating — and to escalate with the relevant detail attached.
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Rajkot, Gujarat or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
