What you'll do

  • Draft requirement documents and user stories with business users
  • Map as-is and to-be processes and highlight the gaps
  • Build supporting analysis in Excel and SQL
  • Support UAT and track defects through to closure
  • Maintain the project tracker and status reporting
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • BBA/MBA, B.Com/M.Com, B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc (Statistics / Economics) from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Advanced Excel
  • Comfort with Excel, SQL and documentation tools and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Patna, Bihar or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)

  2. 2Case study / take-home assignment on a real dataset, with a walkthrough of your approach
  3. 3Technical interview 2 — BI tooling, dashboard design and metric definition
  4. 4Business / stakeholder round — how you scope a question and communicate findings
  5. 5HR discussion — compensation, notice period, joining date and offer roll-out
