What you'll do
- Own end-to-end analytics for a business vertical or product line
- Design metric frameworks and definitions the whole company uses
- Review junior analysts' queries, dashboards and conclusions
- Run deep-dive analyses that inform quarterly planning
- Partner with data engineering on the datasets your team depends on
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/B.Sc/MBA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 3–6 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
- Working knowledge of Advanced SQL, Python, Power BI
- Comfort with SQL, Python and a modern BI stack and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
