• * Develop and manage a portfolio of secured direct lending clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• * Proactively identify and assess client financial needs, offering tailored secured lending products and services.
• * Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence for potential and existing clients, including reviewing financial statements, collateral assessments, and risk profiles.
• * Prepare and present comprehensive loan proposals to credit committees, articulating client needs, risk mitigation strategies, and deal rationale.
• * Negotiate terms and conditions of secured direct loans, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
• * Monitor client accounts and loan performance, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues or opportunities.
• * Collaborate with internal teams, including credit, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client transactions.
• * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the secured lending landscape.
• * Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and client retention goals.
• * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reporting.

Who can apply

• * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• * Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in relationship management, commercial lending, or corporate banking, with a strong focus on secured direct lending products.
• * In-depth knowledge of various secured lending structures, collateral types, and credit risk assessment.
• * Strong financial analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and market data.
• * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• * Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• * High level of integrity and professional ethics.
• * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
