What you'll do

• * Manage daily operations of the Hyderabad location, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards and policies.
• * Develop and implement local business strategies to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and operational objectives.
• * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• * Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of location staff.
• * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• * Manage local budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
• * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local stakeholders.
• * Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
• * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and effectively.
• * Prepare and present regular reports on location performance to senior management.

Who can apply

• * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• * Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• * Proven track record of successfully managing operations and achieving business targets.
• * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• * Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• * Demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
• * Fluency in English and Telugu is highly preferred.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
