What you'll do
- Build and maintain Excel models, trackers and management dashboards
- Automate recurring reports with Power Query, formulas and macros
- Clean and reconcile data from multiple source files
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packs for business heads
- Handle ad-hoc analysis requests within agreed turnaround
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA/MCA, B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query
- Comfort with Advanced Excel, Power Query and Google Sheets and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Nagpur, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
