What you'll do

• Act as the interim sales representative for inactive territories (up to 3 at a time).
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support.
• Review and progress open opportunities, collaborating with DSMs and branch teams.
• Provide account administration support (invoices, PO changes, credits, service orders).
• Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value.
• Ensure smooth transition and handoff once a new Field Sales Representative takes over.
• Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
