What you'll do

• Collaborate with global teams responsible across the enterprise for safely, reliably and efficiently executing all Wells activities
• Deploy and monitorthe use of tools, standards, and processes contributing to successful business outcomes for enterprise exploration, Upstream asset classes, and Chevron New Energies (CNE) programs
• Provide engineering modelling for drilling and completions operations using industry standard software packages
• Utilize data, KPIs, and analysis tools to identify opportunities to improve execution practices, transferring these into actionable items for rig teams, monitoring implementation, and ensuring sustainability of performance improvement.
• Conduct lookbacks and benchmarking analysis using internal and external data sources to identify trends and competitive performance analysis
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders in digital teams, assets, and central functions to ensure data quality, utilizing analytical tools to report metrics/performance
• Explore how AI can be utilized in competitive performance work scopes
• Execute workflows to support planning for all well phases
