What you'll do
- Write and optimise SQL to extract data from production and warehouse tables
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for business teams
- Investigate trends, anomalies and drops in key metrics and explain the cause
- Translate open-ended business questions into a defined analysis plan
- Own the accuracy of the numbers you publish
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA/MBA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI
- Comfort with SQL, Excel and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Panaji, Goa or willing to relocate

Interview & selection process
4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:
- 1Resume screening and profile shortlisting by the talent acquisition team
- 2Technical interview 1 — SQL joins, aggregations, window functions and data modelling
- 3Case study / take-home assignment on a real dataset, with a walkthrough of your approach
- 4HR discussion — compensation, notice period, joining date and offer roll-out
