Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Lead marketing strategy across a portfolio of brands within a therapy area
• Mentor and manage a team of product/brand managers and executives
• Set portfolio-level budgets and defend ROI to senior leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical societies
• Ensure every campaign in the portfolio clears UCPMP and regulatory review
• Represent marketing in cross-functional leadership reviews with sales and medical
• Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
• Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
• Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

• B.Pharm/MBA (Marketing or Pharma Management) from a recognised university
• 6–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — relevant hands-on experience required
• Working knowledge of Portfolio Strategy, P&L Ownership, Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Comfort with IQVIA/AWACS data, MS Excel and multi-brand tracking dashboards and with reading prescription and market-share data
• Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Panaji, Goa or willing to relocate
