What you'll do

  • Analyse category, SKU and channel performance
  • Measure promotion effectiveness, pricing and margin impact
  • Track customer acquisition, repeat rate and basket metrics
  • Build commercial dashboards for category managers
  • Recommend assortment and pricing actions from the data
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • BBA/MBA/B.Com/B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
  • 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Category Analytics
  • Comfort with SQL, Excel and web analytics and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala or willing to relocate
