What you'll do

  • The Assistant Manager Marketing - SM (Specimen Acquisition) at Becton Dickinson India Private Limited will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive specimen acquisition for BD's diagnostic solutions within the Indian market. This role involves understanding market needs, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with sales and clinical teams to achieve business objectives.

Who can apply

  • * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • * Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in marketing within the medical device, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on specimen acquisition or related product areas.
  • * Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven business growth.
  • * Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market, including diagnostic pathways, procurement processes, and regulatory landscape.
  • * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • * Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • * Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • * Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required.
