What you'll do

• 1. Sales & Business Development
• Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and expand business opportunities across government and private hospitals, diagnostic centers, and institutional healthcare customers to achieve territory growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company sales processes, operating procedures, and business policies.
• Identify, develop, and expand existing and new territories to maximize market penetration.
• Deliver prompt and effective customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain strong customer relationships.
• 2. Collections & Credit Management
• Ensure thorough understanding and implementation of the company's credit policy.
• Monitor and control receivables to ensure timely collections.

Who can apply

• Graduate in Science / Pharmacy
• Proven experience in Radiology/Contrast Media sales; experience in medical devices sales will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in institutional sales and account management.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent relationship management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic business environment.
• Team player with a high level of ownership and accountability.
