What you'll do

  • Analyse applicant financials and bureau data for credit decisions
  • Monitor portfolio delinquency, roll rates and vintage performance
  • Prepare credit MIS and early-warning reports
  • Support policy changes with data-backed recommendations
  • Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory review
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MBA (Finance)/CA Inter/B.E./B.Tech or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
  • 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
  • Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Credit Risk Fundamentals
  • Comfort with Excel, SQL and credit bureau data and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Thrissur, Kerala or willing to relocate
