What you'll do

• Tracking of manpower requirement against the norm & trained manpower availability across the network.
• Scheduling of Training batches as per the released training calendar.
• Training Content Development: Create new training documents, web-based training courses, and skill contest modules to enhance learning.
• Co-ordination with vendors for the development of new service special tools.
• On-the-Job Trainings (OJT): Preparation of quarterly OJT module and conduct OJTs at High Customer complaint workshops.
• D&T App Updates: Ensure perpetual training content updates in the D&T app.
• Process Failure Reports/ Kaizen: Identification of repair errors and create PFRs.
• Workshop MAA Audits: Conduct workshop audits to assess maintenance awareness and ensure compliance with training standards.

Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• > 5 years of experience in Auto industry training & service operations.
