• *Primary Responsibilities:*
• Process designing, assembly readiness - robust process, high repeatability
• Lead the team to ensure on-time build of pre-pilot batch, pilot batch and SOP batches.
• Identify and close DFA points.
• End of Line readiness, proficiency in CAN communication.
• Q issues – QSR RFT defects elimination
• Trouble shooting of defects using problem solving tools like 7QC tools, Why-Why analysis etc
• Capacity generation as and when required in stringent time frame
• Assembly related ECR monitoring and implementation.
