What you'll do

  • Write and optimise SQL to extract data from production and warehouse tables
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for business teams
  • Investigate trends, anomalies and drops in key metrics and explain the cause
  • Translate open-ended business questions into a defined analysis plan
  • Own the accuracy of every number you publish
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA/MCA, B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
  • 0–1 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI
  • Comfort with SQL, Excel and Power BI and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha or willing to relocate

Interview & selection process

4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:

  1. 1Resume screening and profile shortlisting by the talent acquisition team
  2. 2Technical interview 1 — SQL joins, aggregations, window functions and data modelling
  3. 3Case study / take-home assignment on a real dataset, with a walkthrough of your approach
  4. 4HR discussion — compensation, notice period, joining date and offer roll-out
